Why My Leadership Style Is The Application Of Critical...
The APA section surprised me, because I did not think I had retain as much information about APA formatting. I had use MLA formatting style for three previous degrees and to begin using APA formatting style was quite challenging for me. I know this will be a section that I will refer back to for future courses. I was relieved to know my leadership style aligned with my purpose. I believe in being an example for others to follow and inspiring others to reach their goals. The most powerful learning experience at this point in my program is the application of critical thinking. People who are analytical thinkers can comprehend and implement critical thinking techniques easy, because they are second nature to them. They will question a question and look at the depth of the situation in a logical way. I possess some analytical traits, but I am not a true analytical person which makes the application of critical thinking a challenge. I will use Elderââ¬â¢s and Paulââ¬â¢s critical thinking guidelines in future courses and in my professional life. I have already started using the guidelines as I prepare to teach certain lessons. I am going to continue to develop in the writing skill areas so that I am writing scholarly and using the correct APA format. Sharpening these skills will prepare me for completing future courses and aid in the completion of my dissertation.
