I know this will be a section that I will refer back to for future courses. I was relieved to know my leadership style aligned with my purpose. I believe in being an example for others to follow and inspiring others to reach their goals. The most powerful learning experience at this point in my program is the application of critical thinking. People who are analytical thinkers can comprehend and implement critical thinking techniques easy, because they are second nature to them.
